DONATIONS:
The Chocolate Rose allocates a monthly budget to support community activities through contributions. We have tried our very best to help support several different organizations in our community. However, requests have become so numerous that they exceed our financial capabilities. Therefore, we must put some structure to our donations.
Below is an application form to be filled out & mailed or delivered to The Chocolate Rose if your organization would like to be considered for a donation. We Thank You for your cooperation and taking the time to fill this request out completely. If a donation is granted this authorizes The Chocolate Rose to use the organizations name as a donation recipient in any of The Chocolate Roses advertising.
