The Chocolate Rose is Owned & Operated by Tammy Cowan. Tammy has been an Interior Decorator & Floral Designer for the past 25 years. She has been offering her Interior Decorating & Floral Services to the Pleasant View Community since she settled here 5 years ago with her family.
You can call Tammy to have her make up Custom Florals, Gift Baskets, & Balloon Bouquets to be delivered. She also carries other unique Gifts that can be wrapped & delivered or shipped.
